   woke up medyo late ng konti, 'coz we're late sa rosary b4 d mass kanina am...rest unti, then went to SM...got my national bkstore card ... got groceries for the week and meds for 2nyt...iniwan nmin c lolo mag isa sa haws...hehehehe

         woke up early with paolo and had my bld chem done and carotid scan at MMG...attended 18th anniv. of MMG at Queen Margarette with bnx...didn't win anything sa raffle...

       made my rds for the patients i left b4 going to tgytay- then went to see Dra. Arceo for my lightheadedness from my trip to tagaytay last wed....had my 2d echo done as well as my ecg...accdg. to Dr. Oliveros i might nid further work ups for proper diagnosis when i ambushed him on the elevator on our way back clinic...

     had a very interesting morning and learned a lot today...there was so much time to spare, so texted jundee if we could just go home today after the fellowship since there's no more activities lined up for 2moro, except for bfast...
    waited for jundee, who arrived almost 4pm, then we went to good shepherd for the famous ube, then to rowenas'- a popular pasalubong store here at tgytay apparently, where i got salmon fish strips, mango strip and pusit too...loved the salmon skin, medyo spicy...bnx loved the pusit- matamis nmn...
    went home by 9pm and arrived home 11:30pm...again, had dyspnea on our way home, kaya i really decided to have my chk up 2moro in line for my trip to cess...

     made an early rounds of my CS pt. then jundee called earlier than planned, so i had to beg out muna, so he can fetch Dra. Arlyn Arabe and Dr. Anthony Limbo...on our way to tagaytay, i begged to stop halfway to drink betahistine 'coz i felt tired, lightheaded and not so well...had a light activity for the day and slept early after dinner...checked in at taal vista lodge new wing...
