Had my cardio chkup with dr. olitoquit…given simvastatin 40 mg and captopril 25mg or catapres 75mg as add on meds to my existing amlodipine 5 mg and losartan 50 mg…he made me consume my aspirin, duxaril and vastarel mf 35 mg given by dra. Arceo and rd. oliveros a day before…last sat, oct 8, 2011. Then he referred me to phil. Heart ctr., nuclear section for stress thallium scan for diagnosis of CAD…
